About Government of Telangana

The Government of Telangana, established in 2014, has developed an innovation ecosystem centred on Hyderabad. Through its IT, Electronics & Communications department and the Telangana State Innovation Cell (TSIC), the state coordinates a network of incubators, accelerators, and challenge programmes. This network includes T-Hub, a large startup incubator offering scale-up programmes and corporate partnerships; WE-Hub, a state-led incubator for women entrepreneurs; T-Works, a prototyping centre for hardware startups; and RICH and AgHub, which focus on life sciences and agritech.

The state provides grants, prototyping support, and access to corporate and investor networks. TSIC manages the Intinta Innovator programme for grassroots innovation and student-focused initiatives across districts. The ecosystem prioritises deeptech, AI, lifesciences, agritech, cleantech, electronics, and gaming.

Startups at various stages can apply, with dedicated tracks for women founders and students. Many programmes require founders to base operations in Telangana. Interested applicants should monitor TSIC announcements at telangana.gov.in.
