HP AYUSH Quality Cert Reimbursement Scheme

Under the Himachal Pradesh AYUSH Policy 2019, the Reimbursement for Quality Certification scheme extends financial support to AYUSH enterprises in the state. It does so by covering the costs these businesses incur when securing recognised quality certifications, whether national or international.

- **Secure certification**: The AYUSH enterprise must first acquire a qualifying national or international quality certification covering its products or services. - **Incur the expenditure**: All costs tied to the certification process must have been incurred and paid by the enterprise. - **Assemble the application**: Gather the required paperwork — evidence of certification, itemised invoices, payment receipts, and any further forms stipulated under the AYUSH Policy 2019 guidelines. - **File the application**: Send the completed reimbursement application to the nominated authority within the Himachal Pradesh Department of Ayush, or in line with the official policy instructions. - **Verification and disbursement**: The department will scrutinise the application and its supporting documents. Once validation succeeds, the reimbursement due — capped at ₹5 lakh — will be released to the enterprise.

Assessment under this reimbursement scheme is verification-based, not competitive. Officials or a dedicated committee from the Himachal Pradesh Department of Ayush review each application to confirm that the quality certification is genuine and that the expenditure claimed is legitimate and covered by the AYUSH Policy 2019. Certification certificates, invoices and payment proofs are examined as part of this check.

Where the criteria are satisfied and the expenses stand validated, the reimbursement is sanctioned and processed, subject to the policy's guidelines and financial limits.
