**Step 1: Obtain Application Form:** Download the prescribed application form from the official website and print it, or collect a physical copy from the District Industries Centre.

**Step 2: Complete Application:** Fill in every mandatory field with accurate information. Affix a passport-sized photograph (signed across, if required) and attach self-attested copies of all supporting documents, such as business registration proof, product details, and address proof. Verify that all particulars are correct and complete before proceeding.

**Step 3: Submit Application:** Submit the duly filled and signed application form, along with all required documents, to the office of the Project Manager (Cottage Industries) at the District Industries Centre, located at Thattanchavady, Puducherry - 605 009. This must be done on working days during office hours. Carry original documents for verification, should they be requested.

**Step 4: Receive Acknowledgement:** Once the application is successfully submitted, it will be entered into an official register, and you will receive a unique application number. This number confirms receipt of your application and must be kept for all future correspondence and reference related to your submission.

The Department of Industries and Commerce, Puducherry, will screen and review applications, checking the completeness of the form and verifying that applicants meet the eligibility criteria for coir product manufacturers and participants. A selection committee will then assess the relevance of the proposed products for exhibition and the applicant's dedication to advancing the coir industry.
