The Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Aarthik Kalyan Yojana, run by Madhya Pradesh's Tribal Welfare and Scheduled Caste (SC) Department, supports economic self-reliance for the SC community. It provides a 7% annual interest subsidy on bank loans for up to 5 years. The scheme is open to SC individuals seeking to start new self-employment ventures in manufacturing (industry), services, or general business. Project costs between ₹10,000 and ₹1 lakh are covered.

Applicants also undergo a 12-day online entrepreneurship development training programme to build business management skills. Loans are extended through Public Sector, Private Sector, and Regional Rural Banks registered as Member Lending Institutions (MLIs) with CGTMSE, which makes the loans eligible for bank guarantees and simplifies credit access.
