Employment Booster (Rajasthan)

The Employment Booster operates as part of the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024. Its purpose is to drive job creation in the state's manufacturing sector by encouraging eligible manufacturing enterprises to go past minimum employment thresholds, with additional financial incentives offered in return.

Enterprises that commit to growing their workforce receive support under this measure, which in turn contributes to economic growth and brings down unemployment in Rajasthan.

The scheme works by adding a direct financial uplift on top of the existing Asset Creation Incentive. This structure is intended to encourage industrial expansion and human resource development, and to build an industrial ecosystem in the state that is both robust and inclusive.

File your Asset Creation Incentive (ACI) application with the designated state authority. 3. Attach all documentation that substantiates your employment generation figures along with the ACI application. 4. The Employment Booster eligibility will be evaluated together with your ACI claim. 5. On approval, the booster amount is applied on top of your eligible Asset Creation Incentive.

The Employment Booster is not assessed on its own; it forms part of the evaluation carried out for the main Asset Creation Incentive claim. A committee drawn from the concerned state government department examines the applications.

For this booster, the decisive test is the employment the enterprise has actually generated, which is checked against the minimum employment thresholds set out in Table 1 of the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024.
