How to apply

**Step 1: Registration** Go to the official portal (msmeonline.tn.gov.in) and select 'Login / Registration'. Enter the required details — name, date of birth, Aadhaar number, email address, and mobile number. Set a password with at least 8 characters, including one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one numeral. Complete the captcha and press 'Register'.

**Step 2: Login** On the login page, click 'Login' and use the credentials sent to your email or mobile number.

**Step 3: Form Filling** After signing in, navigate to 'Schemes' and choose the 'Generator Subsidy' option. Then, go to 'Apply Online' and select 'New Application'. Complete every mandatory field in the form, review the details, accept the terms, and click 'Proceed'. Record the reference number generated.

**Step 4: Upload Documents** Under 'Schemes', click 'Upload Documents'. Enter the Application ID and press 'Submit'. Attach all required files in the prescribed format and size. Use the 'View' option to confirm that each document has been uploaded correctly.

**Step 5: Submission** Tick all the checkboxes at the bottom of the page and click 'Submit Application'. A confirmation notification will be sent to your mobile number.

**Optional Step 6: Track Application Status** Use the tracking link on the portal to monitor the progress of your application.

Applications are submitted through the online portal and examined by the concerned department (GM/DIC / RJD).
