How to apply
- Go to the official Goa Online web portal. - Create a new user account: verify your email address and mobile number, complete the registration form with the required details, set up login credentials, accept the terms, and select 'Register/Signup'. - Sign in with the Login Name and Password you created. - Go to 'Services', then 'IT Services', and select the scheme name. - Complete all mandatory fields in the application form and attach the necessary documents. - Submit the application. A unique registration number will be issued—keep it for future reference. - Applications may be submitted quarterly, bi-annually, or annually, after the relevant expenditure has been incurred.
How applications are assessed
Applications are checked against a prescribed checklist within 30 days of receipt. The Empowered Committee then evaluates and approves eligible applications within the next 60 days. For those approved, sanction orders and disbursement are issued within 90 days of application. Applicants who are not selected are notified through a regret letter.
