How to apply
- **Step 1:** Go to the Goa Online official web portal (https://goaonline.gov.in/) and select "Register" located at the top right corner. - **Step 2:** Authenticate your Email ID and Mobile Number through OTP. Afterwards, complete the registration form by entering all required fields, setting up a Login Name and Password, accepting the terms, and entering the Captcha. - **Step 3:** Sign in to the portal using the Login Name and Password you created. - **Step 4:** Proceed to "Services", then "IT Services" (https://goaonline.gov.in/AllServices?cat=IT), and choose the relevant scheme from the list. - **Step 5:** Complete every mandatory section of the application form and attach the necessary documents. - **Step 6:** Submit your application. A unique registration number will be issued for future tracking. - Applications may be submitted quarterly, bi-annually, or annually, provided the corresponding expenses have already been incurred.
How applications are assessed
Applications are reviewed against a checklist within 30 days of receipt. After this initial screening, an Empowered Committee approves the application within 60 days. The final decision—whether a sanction order or a regret letter—along with disbursement, is generally issued within 90 days from the date of receipt. The assessment checks compliance with eligibility conditions and the completeness of submitted documents.
