How to apply
- **Step 1: Sign up on the Goa Online portal**: Go to the official Goa Online web portal and select "Register" from the top right-hand corner. - **Step 2: Confirm email and mobile number**: Enter the OTPs sent to your Email ID and Mobile Number to complete verification. - **Step 3: Fill the registration form**: Provide details in every mandatory field on the registration page, choose a login name and password, read and accept the Declaration and Terms & Conditions, enter the Captcha, then click "Register/Signup". - **Step 4: Log in to the website**: Sign in with the login name and password you just created, entering the Captcha Code as prompted. - **Step 5: Reach the scheme application**: From the top ribbon, go to "Services", then "IT Services", and select the scheme name. Complete every mandatory field in the application form and upload all documents sought. - **Step 6: File the application**: Submit the filled-in application. The system will generate a unique registration number, which you should record for later use. - **Note**: After incurring the relevant expenditure, applicants may apply under this scheme on a quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis.
How applications are assessed
Within 30 days of receiving an application, officials check it against a prescribed checklist. An Empowered Committee then reviews the scrutinised application, with approval normally granted within 60 days of receipt. Once cleared, a sanction order is issued and disbursement gets under way, generally within 90 days of the application date. To retain eligibility, units undergo evaluation every year.
