- Applicant must be a New/Existing Unit with operations in Goa. - Must be a Proprietorship Firm, Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company, Registered Partnership Firm, or Limited Liability Partnership. - Bank accounts of the unit and/or its partner(s)/director(s) must be linked to Aadhaar. - Must meet specific criteria over a 3-year period: annual growth >= 20%, >= 75% Goan employees, >= 60% female employees, 100% Goan employee certification, and at least one quality certification.
How to apply
- Go to the official Goa Online web portal at https://goaonline.gov.in/. - Select "Register" located at the top right corner of the page. - Authenticate your Email ID and Mobile Number using the OTP sent to you. This will direct you to the Registration Page. - Complete all required fields on the Registration Page. Choose a Login Name and a robust Password. Read and accept the Declaration and Terms & Conditions by ticking the respective checkboxes. Enter the Captcha Code and press "Register/Signup". - Sign in to the website with your chosen Login Name and Password. Input the Captcha Code and click "Login". - From the top ribbon, choose "Services", followed by "IT Services" (https://goaonline.gov.in/AllServices?cat=IT). - Select the scheme’s name to access the application form. - Fill in every mandatory field and attach all required documents. - Submit the application. A unique registration number will be issued for tracking purposes. - Note: Applications for this scheme can be submitted on a quarterly, bi-annual, or annual basis, depending on when the relevant expenditure is incurred.
How applications are assessed
Applications are reviewed against a defined checklist within 30 days of receipt. After this initial screening, they are sent to an Empowered Committee for approval, which generally takes up to 60 days from the date the application was received. Once approved, either regret letters or sanction orders are issued, and the incentive allowance is paid out within 90 days.
All units are also assessed annually at the end of each fiscal year to confirm they still meet the scheme’s eligibility requirements and continue to comply with the stated criteria.
