How to apply

1. Go to the official Goa Online portal at goaonline.gov.in and select "Register" in the top-right corner. 2. Authenticate your email address and mobile number through OTP verification, then proceed to the registration page. 3. Fill in every required field on the registration form, choose a Login Name and a secure Password. Review and accept the Declaration and Terms & Conditions, enter the Captcha, and press "Register/Signup". 3. Sign in with your chosen Login Name and Password, along with the Captcha Code. 4. From the top ribbon, open "Services" and then "IT Services". Pick the relevant Power Subsidy Scheme to reach its application form. Complete all mandatory fields and attach the necessary documents. 5. Submit the finished application. A unique registration number will be issued; keep it for later use. - Note: You may file for the subsidy on a quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly basis once the qualifying expenditure has been incurred.

How applications are assessed

The incentive application (D) is received and then checked against a predefined checklist within 30 days of receipt (D+30 days). After this scrutiny, the Empowered Committee reviews the application and grants approval, usually by the 60th day from receipt (D+60 days). Once approved, either a regret letter or a sanction order is issued, and the subsidy is disbursed within 90 days of the original application date (D+90 days). This sequence provides a defined timeline for evaluation and benefit delivery.
