How to apply

- Access the official Goa Online portal at https://goaonline.gov.in/. - Select "Register" located in the top right corner, then authenticate your Email ID and Mobile Number through an OTP. - Fill out the registration form, providing all required details. Create a Login Name and Password, review and accept the Declaration and Terms & Conditions, enter the Captcha Code, and then click "Register/Signup". - Sign in using the Login Name and Password you established. - From the top ribbon, go to "Services" and choose "IT Services". - Select the "Registration & Stamp Duty Subsidy Scheme" to open its application form. - Complete every mandatory field in the form and attach all necessary documents. - Submit the application. A unique registration number will be issued; keep a record of it for future reference and to monitor the application's status. - Applications may be submitted quarterly, bi-annually, or annually, provided the relevant expenditure has already been incurred.
