**Online Mode:**

**Registration Process:** 1. Go to the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) and select "New Investor Registration" to open the registration form. 2. Complete the Registration Form and press "Submit". 3. Activate your account by clicking the verification link sent to your registered E-mail ID. 4. Once verified, your registration is complete.

**Post-Registration Process:** 1. Return to the Investor Facilitation Portal (IFP) and choose "Login". 2. Provide the email address and password set during registration. 2. Press the "Login" button to enter your account. 4. Provide the necessary business details and mandatory documents to finish the application.

**Offline Mode:**

**Registration Procedure:** 1. File the application in the specified format, along with the required documents, with the Industries Commissionerate. 2. The Industries Commissionerate will examine the submission and ask for any missing information within 15 days. 3. The application is then referred to the GM of the District Industries Centre (DIC) for a site visit and inspection report. 4. Based on that report, the Industries Commissionerate may grant a Registration Certificate.

**Sanction Procedure:** 1. Once registration is complete and the project layout plan is approved, submit the application in the prescribed format for sanction, together with a detailed project report and required documents, to the Industries Commissionerate. 2. The Industries Commissionerate will review the application and seek any missing details within 15 days. 3. Applicants are required to present their project before a Screening Committee chaired by the Industries Commissioner. 4. After the committee's remarks are addressed, the Sanctioning Authority evaluates the application for approval in line with scheme guidelines.
