- **Login and Profile Update:** After registering, go back to the login section of the eKutir portal. Enter your new User ID, Password, and the Captcha code, then click "Login." For first-time users, completing the "User Profile" is required, where you must supply all necessary personal and organisational details. Some fields will already be filled from your registration; make sure every field marked with an asterisk is completed.

- **Scheme Application:** Once you have logged in and finished your profile, the homepage will show schemes that match your profile. Click on "Handloom Rebate Scheme" to open its online application form, which is split into several tabs. Fill in all mandatory fields in each tab and upload the required documents, ensuring they meet the specified format and size limits. Where applicable, enter the document number for each upload. Use "Save & Next" to move through the application.

- **Review and Submission:** On the last tab, go over all the information and documents you have provided. Make any corrections needed. Tick the checkbox to accept the terms and conditions, declaration, and privacy policy. Pressing "Save & Next" will create a unique application number, shown on the screen. Keep this number for all future communication and status checks. You can also print the full application form.
