Quality Certification Assistance Scheme

The Quality Certification Assistance Scheme, operated by the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Haryana, extends financial support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within the state. The scheme reduces the cost burden that MSMEs face when pursuing these certifications.

1. Access the Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana portal at https://haryanaindustries.gov.in/ and log in. 2. Go to the District Industries Centre (DIC) section or the menu item relevant to MSME schemes. 3. Find and open the online application form for the 'Quality Certification Assistance Scheme'. 4. Fill in every mandatory field of the form, furnishing correct business particulars and details of the certification obtained. 5. Attach all required supporting documents, such as certification proof, expenditure invoices, and other compliance-related records. 6. Submit the application no later than three months from the date of obtaining the quality certification. 7. Track the application's progress on the portal and be ready to address any deficiency notices. Such notices are usually raised within 10 working days, and you will have a six-week period to make corrections. 8. Wait for the final decision on the reimbursement, which is ordinarily issued within 60 working days once the application is considered complete.

The Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Haryana, along with the District Industries Centre (DIC), handles the review of applications submitted under the Quality Certification Assistance Scheme. An initial screening of the online form and attached documents is carried out to confirm that eligibility conditions, including the unit being in commercial production and holding the required certification, are met. The application is also examined for completeness and alignment with the scheme’s provisions.

Where any shortcomings are found, the applicant is notified and allowed a set timeframe to submit clarifications or additional paperwork. Once all information has been verified as satisfactory and the scheme’s conditions have been followed, the reimbursement is approved.
