Quality Certification Assistance Scheme

The Quality Certification Assistance Scheme, operated by the Industries and Commerce Department, Government of Haryana, extends financial support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within the state. 1. Access the Industries & Commerce Department, Haryana portal at https://haryanaindustries.gov.in/ and log in. 2. Go to the District Industries Centre (DIC) section or the menu item relevant to MSME schemes. 3. Find the online application form for the 'Quality Certification Assistance Scheme' and open it. 4. Fill in every mandatory field on the form, furnishing accurate particulars of your business and the certification you have secured. 5. Attach the required supporting documentation, such as the certification proof, expenditure invoices, and other records of compliance. 6. File the application within three months of the date on which the quality certification was obtained. 7. Track the application's progress on the portal and keep ready to address any deficiency notices. Such notices are usually raised within 10 working days, and you are given a six-week period to make corrections. 8. Wait for the final sanction of the reimbursement, which is ordinarily issued within 60 working days once the application is found to be complete.

Initially, the online application and its attached documents are screened to confirm that the applicant meets the eligibility conditions, including being in commercial production and holding the required certification. If any shortcomings are found, the applicant is notified and allowed a set timeframe to submit clarifications or missing paperwork. Once all information has been verified as accurate and compliant with the scheme’s provisions, the reimbursement is approved.
