How applications are assessed

Applications are checked against eligibility requirements, covering the unit’s location, the date commercial production began, and its MSME registration. The main factor used to assess an application for the incentive is whether export values doubled compared to the prior financial year. Once an application passes this stage, reimbursement is calculated using the prescribed percentage of export value, with the rate depending on whether the applicant is a woman entrepreneur or another category of entrepreneur.
