This sub-scheme sits under the Investment Promotion Scheme (IPS) for the MSME Sector. It was first introduced on July 3rd, 2015, with a five-year run, and was later extended from May 20th, 2022; it stays in force until May 19th, 2027. The Department of Industries, U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu, administers it.

The sub-scheme delivers subsidies aimed at identified thrust sectors: Marble, Information Technology (IT) & IT Enabled Services (ITeS), Electric Vehicles (EVs) & their Spare Parts, Toys Manufacturing Units, and the Semi-Conductor Industries. Support is directed at industrial growth and innovation in these areas across the Union Territory.

The wider IPS also pursues socio-economic ends: turning the U.T. into a specialised industrial hub, raising women's participation in business, reducing unemployment among local residents, and incentivising industries to give hiring preference to resident labourers. Through these financial incentives, the scheme seeks a more vibrant, inclusive and economically robust industrial environment in Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu.

**Registration Process:** - Go to the Registration page on the Official Website: https://swp.dddgov.in/registration. - Fill in the necessary details in the provided fields and press “Register”. - Confirm your email address through the verification link sent to your email (if it is not in your inbox, check the spam folder). - To finish verifying your account, click the link/URL in the email you received, or copy and paste it into your browser’s address bar. - Use “111111” as the OTP to verify your mobile number. Your Mobile Number and PIN will then be sent successfully to the registered Email Address. - Once registration is successful, your login credentials will arrive at your registered email.

**Application Process:** - Go to the user Login page on the Official Website: https://swp.dddgov.in/login. - Type in your registered Mobile Number and the PIN sent to your email, then press “Log In”. - After logging in successfully, select the “Departments & Services” tab from the menu bar on the left. - Scroll down to “District Industries Centre DD & DNH” and press the “Click Here” button to apply for “Investment Promotion Scheme : 2022 to 2027 (20 May 2022 to 19 May 2027)”. - The “Common Application Form” will appear. Fill in every detail in the required input fields and upload all the mandatory documents. - Once the information has been entered successfully, review all the details and press the “Submit” button to finish the application process.

Applications received via the Single Window Portal are examined by the Department of Industries, U.T. Administration of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu. The review centres on whether the applicant meets each eligibility condition and whether the documents filed are complete and correct.

Where verification confirms eligibility, the unit moves on to receive the relevant subsidy disbursement in line with the scheme's guidelines and terms. This procedure exists to keep the allocation of benefits fair and transparent for enterprises that qualify.
