Jharkhand Export Development Assistance

Under Clause 6.7 of the Jharkhand MSME Promotion Policy 2023, MSME exporters can receive support to display their products at international trade fairs and exhibitions.

The scheme reimburses **75% of stall charges, capped at INR 4,00,000 per fair or exhibition**. Air travel is also covered at **75% of economy-class fares, up to INR 50,000 per two persons per unit per year**. The travel allowance is an annual ceiling per unit for two travellers, whereas the stall component applies to each event separately.

Eligibility is determined through registration with the relevant DIC or JIADA, along with inclusion in the approved list of International Trade Fairs. Units already receiving travel assistance from a Government of India scheme for the same purpose are not eligible for the airfare component.

- Enrol the unit as an MSME exporter with the relevant DIC or JIADA. - Verify that the fair appears on the approved International Trade Fair list prior to making any booking. - File the application via the Jharkhand Single Window portal, citing incentives under the MSME Promotion Policy 2023. - Furnish stall booking invoices and payment receipts, along with economy-class air tickets and boarding passes. - Provide a declaration confirming that no Government of India travel support has been utilised for the same participation.

The department does not run a competitive selection. It checks that the applicant holds DIC/JIADA registration, that the event qualifies as an approved international fair, and that the stall and travel costs were genuinely incurred. Once these conditions are met, reimbursement is made within the specified percentage and rupee limits.
