About this scheme
Units that secure a Trademark registration under Clause 6.10 of the Jharkhand MSME Promotion Policy 2023 are eligible for a reimbursement of 100% of the expenditure incurred, capped at INR 3 lakh. Since the reimbursement rate is 100%, the ceiling is the sole limiting factor — all costs spent towards obtaining the registration, up to INR 3 lakh, are recoverable.
The benefit is contingent upon the successful grant of the trademark. Consequently, the claim is made post-registration, not at the time of filing the application.
