Under the Jammu and Kashmir Industrial Policy 2021-30, a unit investing in automation may claim **25% of that expenditure, subject to a ceiling of ₹2 lakh**.

One condition applies before you file a claim: the same automation spend must not have been claimed already under CII or any comparable scheme. Where support has been availed elsewhere for the same machinery, this subsidy cannot be drawn in addition to it.

Coverage extends to all industries in the UT, commercial and institutional units included.

Register or log in at the J&K Single Window portal (singlewindow.jk.gov.in). 4. Submit the subsidy claim under the Industrial Policy 2021-30. 5. Wait for the Industries & Commerce Department to verify and sanction the claim.
