Under the J&K Healthcare & Ayush Care Investment Policy 2020, land allotment for an Ayush medical college depends on where the institution is located. If it comes up outside municipal corporation limits, the project is eligible for up to 25 acres, offered at a premium of Rs 1 per kanal.
The policy attaches an investment condition to this concession. Within five years, the investor has to commit a minimum capital investment of Rs 100 crore.
