Submit the application through the Single Window portal (singlewindow.jk.gov.in) to the Jammu & Kashmir film policy authority. 4. In that same application, apply for the theme subsidy and indicate the claim for the extra 25% assistance. 5. Wait for scrutiny and disbursal, which remains capped at a total of ₹50 lakh.
