About this scheme
Under the J&K Affordable Slum Housing Development Policy, 2020, building plan sanction fees are waived for developers undertaking housing, slum rehabilitation and township projects. The waiver applies to the extent of EWS and LIG housing provided.
The exemption is calculated on the basis of the FAR/FSI consumed over and above the mandatory reservations.
