How to apply
- Obtain the application form from the District Industries Centre (DIC) located in your district, or alternatively, download the prescribed format from the official website. - Complete every mandatory field on the form, attach a passport-sized photograph (signed across if so required), and enclose self-attested copies of all relevant documents. - Hand over the duly filled and signed application, together with the supporting documents, to the authorised personnel at the DIC, respecting any stipulated submission window. - Secure a receipt or acknowledgement from the staff, verifying that it contains key particulars such as the date and time of submission, and a unique identification number, where applicable.
