How to apply
- **Step 1: Register on the Goa Online Portal.** Go to the official Goa Online web portal and select 'Register' in the top right corner. Verify your email address and mobile number using the OTP sent to you. - **Step 2: Complete the registration form.** Fill in every required field on the registration page, choose a Login Name and Password, review and accept the Declaration and Terms & Conditions, enter the Captcha Code, and click 'Register/Signup'. - **Step 3: Log in to the portal.** Use the Login Name and Password you created, enter the Captcha Code, and click 'Login'. - **Step 4: Access IT services.** From the top ribbon, click 'Services', then go to 'IT Services' and choose the relevant scheme. - **Step 5: Fill in the application form.** You will be taken to the scheme's application form. Complete all mandatory fields accurately and upload the required documents. - **Step 6: Submit the application.** Submit the completed form. A unique registration number will be issued—note it down for future reference.

How applications are assessed
The incentive application is reviewed against a predefined checklist within 30 days of receipt (D+30). It is then submitted to an Empowered Committee for approval, with a decision expected within 60 days (D+60) of the initial submission.
Approved applications result in the issuance of Sanction Orders and disbursement of the rebate. Unsuccessful applicants receive a Regret Letter. Both outcomes are communicated within 90 days (D+90) of the application receipt.
