- **Step 1: Registration** - Begin the registration process by going to the Madhya Pradesh Government's Invest Portal (https://sws.invest.mp.gov.in/). - Sign up as a 'Vendor / Investor', providing basic details such as 'Type of Organisation' (Proprietorship Firm), 'Firm/Company Name', and 'Authorized Person Name'. - Provide a valid email ID and mobile number, through which your Application Number, User ID, and password will be sent. - Submit the basic registration form (there is no fee). - Using the User ID and password generated, log in to the portal and complete your profile to finish full registration. - **Step 2: Project Completion & Permissions** - Through the online single-window system, apply for and obtain all mandatory permissions. - Finish construction of the Heritage Hotel, making sure a minimum capital expenditure of ₹3,00,00,000/- is met. - Start commercial operations and collect proof, such as the first lodging or catering bill. - **Step 3: Subsidy Application** - Within one year from the date of commencement of operation, submit the capital subsidy application online via the portal. - Upload all required documents, following the specified format requirements. - **Step 4: Verification and Disbursal** - The Tourism Department/Board will verify the application and documents, and then process the subsidy claim.

The Madhya Pradesh Tourism Department/Board screens every application it receives.
