- **Step 1: Portal Registration:** Access the Madhya Pradesh Government's Invest Portal and complete registration as a "Vendor / Investor". Provide essential details such as the organisation type (for instance, Public Limited Company, Private Limited, Individual), firm or company name, and the authorised person's name. Include a functional email address and mobile number for correspondence. - **Step 2: Complete Profile & Secure Permissions:** Following initial registration, you will receive a user ID and password. Log in to the portal and fully update your profile. In parallel, use the online single-window system to apply for and obtain all mandatory permissions relevant to your project. Ensure that all construction activities are finished, the minimum capital expenditure is met, and commercial operations have started. - **Step 3: Submit Subsidy Application:** After your project becomes operational, file the capital subsidy application online via the same Invest Portal. The submission must occur within one year from the date operations begin. Attach all required supporting documents, making sure they conform to the prescribed format. - **Step 4: Verification and Processing:** The Tourism Department and the Madhya Pradesh Tourism Board will examine your application and the attached documents. Once verification is successful, the subsidy claim will be handled for processing.
