Mukhyamantri Swarozgar Yojana Ati Sukshm (Nano) Udhyam

The Mukhyamantri Swarozgar Yojana Ati Sukshm (Nano) Udhyam scheme is run by the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) Department, under the Department of Industries, Government of Uttarakhand. It aims to encourage self-employment and entrepreneurship among people who are permanent residents of Uttarakhand.

Under the scheme, financial assistance is provided through banks. This support goes towards setting up new micro (nano) enterprises as well as expanding or upgrading small-scale businesses that already exist.

1. File the application online at the official portal: https://msy.uk.gov.in/. 2. Keep the following documents ready: the applicant's photograph, Aadhaar card, permanent residence/domicile certificate, special category or caste certificate (where applicable), a copy of the project details, affidavit, education certificate, bank account details, disability certificate (where applicable), and ration card. 3. Upload every self-attested document through the portal. 4. Applications found eligible are passed on online to banks, which take up further processing and funding. 5. The subsidy is disbursed only once the project has run continuously for one year.

Applications are filed through the online portal and then passed on to banks, which provide the funding. Assessment of whether an application qualifies rests on the documents supplied and the applicable criteria.

Release of the subsidy depends on the project, once set up, running without interruption for a full year. Subsidy disbursement is therefore tied to the venture's viability after establishment.
