Nagaland Women Capital Subsidy 2025

Clause 6.10 of NTIIP 2025 sets aside a capital incentive for women entrepreneurs based in Nagaland. The State offers a Capital Investment Subsidy on Plant & Machinery at 10%, capped at Rs 10 lakhs. Units established within Industrial Estates and Industrial Parks receive precedence under this provision, meaning a woman-led enterprise situated inside a Government estate is prioritised in the allocation order. The subsidy is computed solely on plant and machinery value, excluding land and working capital from the calculation.

- Establish the unit in Nagaland and finish acquiring the plant and machinery. - Submit an application to the Nagaland Department of Industries and Commerce under clause 6.10 of the NTIIP. - Provide the machinery invoices, evidence of payment, the unit’s registration, and documentation confirming the enterprise is women-owned. - Indicate whether the unit is situated in an Industrial Estate or Industrial Park to qualify for priority treatment.

The Department checks that the unit is owned by women, that its registration is valid, and that the audited investment in plant and machinery meets the required threshold. Once these conditions are confirmed, it sanctions 10% of the project cost, subject to the Rs 10 lakh ceiling. Preference is given to units located within Industrial Estates and Parks.
