The Quality Certification Assistance programme operates under the Odisha MSME Development Policy 2022. It supports micro, small, and medium enterprises in the state by reducing the expense of securing quality certifications from recognised national and international bodies. The scheme covers the entire cost of certification, along with renewals for up to two consecutive years.

- Review the Odisha MSME Development Policy 2022 and its provisions specific to Quality Certification Assistance. - Assemble the required paperwork, such as the MSME Udyam registration certificate, project particulars for Expansion, Modernisation, or Diversification, invoices and payment receipts for certification expenses, and the certificates awarded. - File the application with the Odisha MSME Department or the relevant District Industries Centre (DIC), following the format laid out in the policy. - The submission is then assessed to confirm eligibility and the validity of the claims made. - Once sanctioned, the refund, capped at ₹5 lakh, is transferred straight into the enterprise's bank account.
