**Application Process**

Submit the details. - Authenticate the account by entering the OTP sent to your Email and Mobile Number, or by clicking the verification link to activate your profile.

**Step 2: Log In and Submit the Application** - Return to the Antyodaya-SARAL Portal (saralharyana.gov.in). - Choose the "Sign in here" option located on the right side of the page, enter your registered credentials, and press ‘Login’. - In the subsequent window, open the "Scheme/Services list" and pick the relevant scheme (PMMSY Fish Feed Plants). - Select "Apply for Service/Scheme" and complete all mandatory fields in the online form. - Press "Submit" to conclude your application.

**Step 3: Offline Submission (via CSC)** - Applicants who qualify may go to the nearest Atal Seva Kendra with all necessary paperwork to file the application with assistance.

**Documents to Keep Ready** - A current Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP). - Proof of land ownership or a registered lease agreement valid for at least 10 years. - A Detailed Project Report (DPR) or Self-Contained Proposal (SCP) prepared as per PMMSY guidelines. - A valid training certificate related to feed mill operation and maintenance. - A clear land title confirming the property has no legal disputes.

A key criterion is the applicant's demonstrated commitment to independently running and maintaining the plant, as well as their assurance of providing affordable feed to fishers.

State-level evaluation committees, operating under PMMSY guidelines, review each project's technical and financial soundness, its likely effect on aquaculture, and its conformity with the scheme's stated aims. Only after this assessment is the subsidy approved.
