If you are a new user, select "New User/Register Here," provide your Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, and password, and press 'Submit'. 3. Activate your account using the OTP sent to your email and mobile, or by clicking the verification link. 4. Sign in with your credentials by choosing "Sign in here" on the right side. 5. Open the "Scheme/Services list," locate the PMMSY scheme, and select "Apply for Service/Scheme." 6. Fill in the online application form with all required information and submit it.

**Applying through Atal Seva Kendra:** As an alternative, eligible applicants can go to their nearest Atal Seva Kendra with all required paperwork and apply for the scheme with their help.
