**Application Process**

**Online Registration (for new users):** - Access the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal. - Select “New User/Register Here” and provide the necessary information, including Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, and Password. - Submit the form and authenticate the OTP sent to your email and mobile, or use the verification link to activate your profile.

**Login and Apply:** - Visit the Official Antyodaya-SARAL Portal. - Log in with your registered credentials. - Go to the “Scheme/Services list” and choose the PMMSY Ice Plant/Cold Storage scheme. - Click “Apply for Service/Scheme” and complete all mandatory fields in the online application form. - Submit the finished application.

**Offline Application (via CSC):** - Eligible applicants may go to the nearest Atal Seva Kendra with all necessary documents to apply for the scheme with assistance.

**Required Documents (implied):** Detailed Project Report (DPR) or Self-Contained Proposal (SCP), land ownership/lease documents, valid land title, training certificate, and an undertaking for operation/maintenance.

Proposals are assessed by a committee drawn from the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry & Dairying and the Government of Haryana. The evaluation considers technical feasibility, financial viability, and compliance with PMMSY guidelines.
