How to apply
1. Go to the PMMSY portal at pmmsy.dof.gov.in and complete beneficiary registration. 2. You may instead approach your State Fisheries Department or the District Fisheries Officer. 3. Draft a project proposal stating the activity proposed, the estimated cost, and particulars of the land or water body. 4. File the application together with identity documents, proof of land or lease rights, and bank account details. 5. The state government assesses the proposals and forwards the eligible ones to the central government with its recommendation. 6. Once approved, the subsidy is disbursed in instalments tied to the project's milestones.
