About this scheme
Under Clause 12.7.2 B(5) of the Industrial and Business Development Policy 2022, Punjab-based startups that are registered with Startup Punjab can claim a full refund of the stamp duty they paid when registering their Memorandum and Articles of Association.
The reimbursement covers 100% of the amount actually paid. Because the policy fixes a percentage rather than a rupee ceiling, the sum you receive is determined by the stamp duty your incorporation attracted.
