About this scheme

How to apply

- **Step 1:** Obtain the application form (Annexure 1.1) from the official website or the designated link. - **Step 2:** Complete every required field in the form and enclose self-attested copies of all supporting documents. - **Step 3:** Submit the signed and completed application, together with the documents, to the General Manager, District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC) for loans up to ₹10 crores, or to the Commissioner, Industries & Commerce, for loans exceeding ₹10 crores. - **Note:** Submission of applications must occur within 6 months of the approval of interest subvention under RIPS 2024. The approval committee may condone delays of up to 6 months if valid reasons are provided.

How applications are assessed

Applications for loans up to ₹10 crores are assessed by the District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC), while those exceeding ₹10 crores are reviewed by the High-Level Task Force Committee (HLTFC). Both committees function under the chairmanship of the Commissioner of Industries and Commerce, Government of Rajasthan. After approval, applicants may claim their quarterly subsidy and reimbursement by submitting a CA Certificate (Annexure 1.2) to the concerned GM, DICC, who is authorised to release the sanctioned amount.
