About this scheme
The Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Rajasthan, operates this scheme under the Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024. Its purpose is to strengthen the competitive position of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) located in the state.
Financial assistance is extended to these enterprises so that they can raise the quality of their products and processes. Through such support, MSEs are encouraged to move towards higher standards and to safeguard their innovations. The wider objective is to build a culture of quality and innovation that allows Rajasthan's MSEs to compete effectively in the market.
Support under the scheme is available until 31st March 2029, giving eligible businesses in the state a sustained window of assistance.

How to apply
**Offline Application:**
1. Obtain the application form (Annexure 4.1) by downloading it from the official website. 2. Complete every mandatory field and enclose copies of all documents that are required (self-attestation to be done where needed). 3. Send the completed, signed application form together with the documents to the General Manager, District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC) of your district.
**Online Application (through e-Mitra):**
- File the application online either by going to the closest e-Mitra centre or by logging in with your own e-Mitra account. - No fee is charged for applying online.
**After Submission:**
- The District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) examines the application and may approve it, approve it in part, or reject it. - Where approval is granted, the GM, DICC issues an approval letter. - The assistance sanctioned is credited straight into the applicant's authorised bank account.
How applications are assessed
Applications are examined by the District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC), which verifies that each applicant meets the eligibility criteria and that the costs claimed for certifications are valid. On the strength of this review, the committee may approve an application in full, approve it in part, or turn it down.
Where approval is granted, the General Manager of the concerned District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC) issues a formal approval letter.
