About this scheme
The Department of Industries & Commerce, Government of Rajasthan, introduced this scheme under the Rajasthan MSME Policy 2024. It is intended to strengthen the competitive position of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) operating in the state. A substantial share of the expenses incurred for obtaining quality certifications, system certifications, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) is reimbursed. This encourages MSEs to adopt higher standards and safeguard their innovations. How to apply
**Offline Application:** 1. Obtain the application form (Annexure 4.1) from the official website. 2. Complete all required fields and enclose copies of every necessary document (self-attestation may be done where applicable). 3. Deliver the completed and signed form, along with the supporting documents, to the General Manager, District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC) of your district.
**Online Application (via e-Mitra):** - File the application online by visiting the nearest e-Mitra centre or through your own e-Mitra account. - No fee is charged for the online submission.
**Post-Submission:** - The District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) will assess the application and decide to approve, partially approve, or reject it. - If approved, the GM, DICC will issue an approval letter. - The approved amount will be transferred directly to the applicant's authorised bank account.
How applications are assessed
The District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) examines each application to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria and that the costs claimed for certifications are legitimate. On the basis of this review, the committee decides to approve, partially approve, or reject the application. Once an application is approved, the General Manager of the relevant District Industries & Commerce Centre (DICC) issues the official approval letter.
