- Ensure the unit holds a valid Udyam/MSME registration in Rajasthan. - Submit the patent, GI, or trademark application and settle the related fees. - Lodge the RIPS 2024 IP incentive claim through the Rajnivesh portal. - Upload the filing receipts, attorney invoices, and payment evidence. - For GI or trademark cases, include the sanction letter from the Government of India for the assistance to be matched.

The department does not run a competitive selection. It checks that the applicant holds valid MSME status, that the intellectual property filings are in order, and that the costs claimed are accurate.
