About this scheme
Under the Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024, general green incentives reimburse half of an enterprise's spending on environmental projects. Effluent treatment, emission control, waste management and similar work aimed at lowering a unit's environmental footprint all fall within this scope.
Reimbursement is calculated at a flat 50% of project cost. Benefits availed under these general green incentives are capped at INR 1 crore in total, meaning this concession draws on the same budget as the other general green benefits instead of having a separate ceiling of its own.
Claims must be submitted through Rajasthan's single-window investment portal as part of the RIPS 2024 process, supported by proof of the expenditure actually incurred.
