About this scheme
Rajasthan Investment Promotion Scheme 2024 extends its green incentives to enterprises that already operate plant in Rajasthan, and not solely to fresh investment. An existing enterprise may claim reimbursement of 50% of the cost of environmental projects, provided its Eligible Fixed Capital Investment is at least INR 50 crore and it is not presently drawing benefits under any earlier RIPS.
The ceiling stands at INR 12.5 crore, which takes in the other benefits falling under the green incentives category; the limit is therefore shared across that category and not enhanced by it. Green incentives benefits are released across ten years.
Applications are filed through Rajasthan's single-window investment portal, following the RIPS 2024 process.
