A central feature is an annual interest subsidy of 5% on both Term Loans and Working Capital Loans. This benefit extends for up to 7 years, including any moratorium period, provided the beneficiary keeps up with regular loan repayments. The scheme also incorporates skill development through a 12-day online entrepreneurship training programme, which imparts core business competencies to participants.
