This portal serves as the sole gateway for submitting applications. 2. Create an account by selecting 'Login / Registration' from the top ribbon. Provide the required personal details accurately, including Name, Date of Birth, Aadhaar Number, Email ID, and Mobile Number. During this step, set a new password that adheres to the following rules: at least 8 characters long, containing a minimum of one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit. Enter the captcha code and click 'Register' to finish. 3.
