**Online Mode (via CSC/Sewa Kendra):** - New building/construction workers can register by visiting a nearby Sewa Kendra or the office of the Registering Officer/Labour Inspector. - To seek benefits under the Tool Kit Scheme, visit a nearby Sewa Kendra or the Registering Officer/Labour Inspector in your locality.

**Offline Mode:** - **Step 1 (Worker Registration - if not already registered):** Obtain Form No-28, and attach all required self-attested documents. - **Step 2 (Worker Registration):** Submit the completed Form No-28 along with the documents to the Labour Inspector in your area. A one-time registration fee of 25 and a monthly contribution of 10 (for a period of 1-5 years) must be paid. - **Step 1 (Scheme Application - for registered workers):** Obtain Form No-47 (Tools Scheme Performa) and attach all required self-attested documents. - **Step 2 (Scheme Application):** Submit the completed Form No-47 along with the documents to the Labour Inspectors in your area. - **Note:** Registration with the Board is mandatory before applying for any welfare scheme. The status of an application can be tracked online using the registration number.

Applications are examined by the Registering Officers/Labour Inspectors to confirm that every eligibility condition is satisfied, such as enrolment with the BOCW Welfare Board and finishing the mandatory skill training.
