About this scheme
UNNATI 2024 offers an interest subvention to manufacturing and service sector units that are either new or expanding, located in the North-Eastern Region. The loan must come from a Scheduled Commercial Bank or a financial institution registered with the RBI.
The rate of subvention depends on the block where the unit is situated: 3% per annum for Zone A blocks and 5% per annum for Zone B blocks. In both cases, the benefit runs for a maximum of 7 consecutive years, counted from any date falling after the date on which the application for registration under the scheme was made.
Subvention is available on loans with a principal amount of up to Rs 250 crore.
