About this scheme
Under UNNATI 2024, fresh and growing enterprises located in the North-Eastern Region are entitled to a Capital Investment Incentive based on qualifying expenditure. For manufacturing operations, this expenditure covers plant and machinery; for service providers, it includes building construction and other long-lasting physical assets.
The incentive rate varies by location. Units situated in Zone A blocks receive 30% of the eligible investment, capped at Rs 5.00 crore. In Zone B blocks, the incentive is 50% of the eligible investment, with a maximum of Rs 7.50 crore. Where the sector falls outside the GST net, the upper limit rises to Rs 10.00 crore in either zone.
