- An eligible Primary Weavers’ Cooperative Society (PWCS), Khadi society, or Individual Weaver is required to submit an application. - The application must be made in the format specified by the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprise and Textiles Department, which will be announced separately. - Submission is permitted through either the online or offline mode. - The duly filled application should be presented to the Director, Textiles, prior to the applicable deadline.
