- Open to every micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) engaged in the powerloom sector. - Commercial production must have begun on or after January 1, 2022, and on or before December 31, 2024. - A Four-party agreement has to be signed with the Directorate of Textiles, a Financial Institution, and Tantuja. - Eligible units may belong to the private sector, cooperative sector, joint sector, or be undertakings owned and managed by the State Government, including Industrial Self-Help Groups (SHGs). - The project needs backing in the form of a detailed feasibility report or project plan. - Approval and sanction for the project must come from a Central Financial Institution, Commercial Bank, or State Financial Institution.
How to apply
- **Step 1: Begin Commercial Production** Confirm that your enterprise commenced commercial production at some point between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2024.
- **Step 2: Finish Patent Registration** Incur and complete the expenditure involved in securing Patent Registration for the project that has been approved.
- **Step 3: Assemble the Application** Procure and fill in the application in the prescribed format, Form-A2. Make sure every supporting document required — including the detailed feasibility report and the project approval issued by a financial institution — is in hand.
- **Step 4: File the Application (Offline)** Send the completed application form together with all enclosures to the Directorate of Textiles. Filing must take place within 12 months of the date on which commercial production commenced.
