**Application Process:** - Go to the user login page on the Official Website. - Sign in using the Mail Id and Password you registered with. - Complete the eligibility form. - Verify your eligibility through the portal. - Complete your Common Application Form (CAF). - Complete Form A and Form C (if any). - Download Form A and Form C (if any) and self-sign them. - Upload the signed copy of Form A and a copy of Form C (if any). - Submit Your Application.

Screening of applications centres on whether the unit meets the detailed eligibility criteria. This involves confirming that the unit is operational and holds every required certification, including the Registration Certificate, Date of Commencement Certificate, and Eligibility Certificate issued by the West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited. A further decisive check is that the project has already been approved and sanctioned by a Central Financial Institution, Commercial Bank, or State Financial Institution.

Assessment then turns to the energy audit recommendations submitted and the energy conservation installations proposed. These are examined for viability and for how far they serve the scheme's objective of advancing energy efficiency in the textile sector.
