About this scheme
Under Clause 7.13(b) of the Arunachal Pradesh Industrial Development and Investment Policy, 2025, an export-registered unit can claim reimbursement for what it spends sending product samples to a buyer located outside India. The ceiling is Rs 50,000 per enterprise per year, and the benefit runs for two years.
For most exporters, the first contact with an overseas buyer comes through a sample shipment. Courier charges on those consignments weigh heavily on a small unit. By covering that expense during the initial two years of outreach, the clause removes a cost barrier that would otherwise sit in the way of an exporter's early efforts.
