About this scheme
Clause 7.13(a) of the Arunachal Pradesh Industrial Development and Investment Policy, 2025 provides reimbursement of 60% of the cost incurred in transporting finished goods from Arunachal Pradesh to an international port (air or sea) located within the country, where such goods are exported to a destination outside India. The reimbursement is subject to a ceiling of Rs 5 lakh per year per unit, available for a maximum of five years.
Eligibility extends to both new and existing industrial units, regardless of substantial expansion, on the condition that they are registered as export units. The provision addresses the lengthy inland distance that separates a landlocked unit from the nearest port.
